Co-Founder - Sergio is one of our two Co-Founders and leads our Caribbean team. After a career in professional cricket, Sergio now dedicates his time to bringing young people to the Caribbean and engaging them with communities.

Danielle Wilkinson 🇨🇦
Head of Legal Aid Programmes - Danielle first visited Saint Lucia in June 2022 to take part as a student in our Legal Aid Programme. After excelling on the programme and realising a passion for using the Law as a force for good. In 2023 Danielle led our Legal Aid programme for the first time and now in 2024 she will be back to do so again for her third consecutive summer in Saint Lucia!

Harry Spear 🇬🇧
Co-Founder - Harry is the second of our two Co-Founders. It was a sporting trip to Saint Lucia when Harry was 17 that sparked the idea of creating an organisation to bring students to the Caribbean to experience the same life-changing opportunities that Harry did. Now 10 years later, Harry leads on everything Caribbean Elective in the UK.
